- Presenting authors of successful abstracts are required to register for the conference and pay for the registration fee by 31 December 2024. Failure to do so will result in exclusion from the final programme.
- For authors submitting more than one abstract, each abstract must be submitted separately. One author can only present as first author in at most 2 papers.
- Abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English.
- Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the information in the abstract. Submitted abstracts will be considered final, and while no further editing of the content should be expected, the conference secretariat reserves the right to make minor format and English grammatical adjustments for the purpose of ensuring consistency and enhancing readability.
- Receipt of abstracts will be acknowledged through email. All abstract submitters will be notified of the decision of the Scientific Programme Committee within 2 weeks of their abstract submission.
