10)    Submission of Tender Tenders must be clearly marked with the tender reference and the subject of the tender on the cover of the envelope (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer) addressed to the Procurement Unit, and deposited in the HKSR Tender Box situated at Room B103, 1/F, HKSR Lam Tin Complex, 7 Rehab Path, Lam Tin, Kowloon, Hong Kong before 12:00 noon on the closing date of the tender as stated above.
11)    Remarks a) Tenders must be deposited in the tender box as specified in this notice (“Specified Tender Box”) before the tender closing time. Tenders deposited in the Specified Tender Box after the tender closing time, or Tenders not deposited in the Specified Tender Box, will not be considered.

b) If a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is in force at any time between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on the closing date of the tender as stated above, the tender closing time will be postponed to 12:00 noon on the first working day after the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal has ceased to be in effect or the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 is lowered.

c) The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender (or the highest score for a tender adopting a marking scheme) or any tender, and reserves the right to negotiate with any tenderer about the terms of the offer.

12) Procedures for Collection of Tender Documents a) Tenderers should indicate interest by writing an email (tender@rehabsociety.org.hk) to Procurement Department of HKSR with the Tender no. quoted and a copy of Business Registration attached.

b) HKSR would coordinate with the contact person designated by the tenderer for the tender documents collection. Non-disclosure Agreement would be distributed to the tenderer in advance and submitted together with the completed tender documents.

c) Documents must be prepared for the collection of Tender Documents:

1. The electronic copy of Non-disclosure Agreement with signature of a Manager/Director grade staff or above and company chop

2. The name card of a Manager/Director grade staff or above
