To help meet the transport and travel needs of persons with disabilities or chronic illnesses and the elderly, we advocate barrier-free transportation policies and “Accessible Travel for All” to enable our service users to easily access hospitals, workplaces, schools, and social and recreational activities, and even travel overseas.
Our Rehabus Service (RB) provides an accessible transport service for persons with disabilities or chronic illnesses. The service has three main categories: Scheduled Route Service, Dial-a-Ride Service, and Pooled Dial-a-Ride Service.
The Elderly Transport Service of Easy-Access Transport Services Ltd (ETS) provides an accessible transport service for frail elderly aged 60 or over and their caregivers to attend medical appointments in public hospitals and clinics.
Accessible Hire Car (AHC) provides personalised accessible transport services for wheelchair users to travel to and from hospitals, schools, workplaces, meeting places, and tourist attractions in Hong Kong.
Easy-Access Travel Ltd (EAT) provides professional one-stop travel services to help make Hong Kong an accessible city and promotes the development of accessible tourism in Hong Kong.
Southern District Rehab Access (SDRA) aims at providing accessible transport services for residents in Southern District with impaired mobility visiting public hospitals and medical institutions.
