Opinion Paper submitted by The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation’ on “Policy Address 2018 Public Consultation”

The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation has submitted an opinion paper on “Policy Address 2018 Public Consultation”. We hope that Chief Executive and the government of the HKSAR will show continuous concern for the rights and needs of the persons with disabilities, persons with chronic illness and the elderly.
