The Austin Shop of Live Smart, social enterprise of the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation, was awarded at the Mystery Checking on Station Shop Safety Management Scheme organised by the MTR Corporation Limited in late 2020. The scheme recognised our efforts in keeping safety and housekeeping standards in fire and electrical installations, store operation as well as hygiene management. It also recognised our efforts in managing the stores in the last 24 years and we will continue to strive for excellence in our service in the future.

Live Smart attaches great importance to the safety and hygiene of the stores to provide an ideal working environment for frontline staff members with disabilities or chronic illnesses, who make up approximately 70% of the total staff members of Live Smart. They are also committed to sharing their consumption experience in health, organic and rehabilitation products.
