Registration Guide
- Pre-registration is required. Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.
- Registration and payment for Main Conference and Post-conference Workshops MUST be completed on the EventX (Main Conference: For professional, researchers, and stakeholders, and For full-time student) (Workshop registration) platform. Payment of registration fee must be made by Credit card, MasterCard and Alipay. Confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your registration and full payment. If you do not receive this confirmation within two weeks, please contact the Conference Secretariat at hksr65conference@rehabsociety.org.hk
- Registrations to the Main Conference and Post-conference Workshops are subject to acceptance on a “first-come-first-served” basis. Except for Agency Visit, a screening process will be conducted prior to enrollment. The decision of the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation shall be final and conclusive.
- By registering, you agree that the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation and its affiliates/third parties involved in the conference organisation can collect, store and use the personal data (as defined in the personal data (privacy) ordinance) as provided by you in the application form for the purpose of conference coordination.
Cancellation and Transfer Policy
Refund of cancellation of main conference registration will be made subject to the following deadlines and administrative charges:

*Remarks: Any bank handling charges will be deducted from the amount of refund.
- There will be no refund for cancellation of post-conference workshops.
- All enquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat (hksr65conference@rehabsociety.org.hk).
- The registration fee is non-refundable for any no-show.
- Replacement or transfer of registration is allowed provided the replacement is from the same organisation and upon receipt of a written request from the person to be replaced on or before 31 October 2024.
- In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Conference, the only and maximum liability of the Conference Organiser is to refund all the fees paid.
